So, I invited Ian Watt on the show today.  We had earlier had a good laugh at whether or not I actually wear pants during my show and he decided, without informing me of course, to do the show naked from the waste down.

In my opinion, this kind of show is what technology is all about.   I have invited an old friend and outstanding Realtor, Margaret Wong from Dexter Associates Realty to have her own page on my site.  Any clients who wish to speak Mandorin or Cantonese can access the page and be comfortable during all communications.

 I loved doing this show. 

This is an interview I did with Shane Gibson of Knowledge Brokers International.  Not only is Shane an excellent resource of sales knowledge, his mindset is permanently set on success.  This is a trait many of us could use, even those of you not in the real estate industry or sales industry for that matter.

Well, it's happening.  People aren't able to buy because they aren't able to sell, here in wonderful Vancouver.  So, Realtors, you have a job to do.  Sell the house before bothering to look at too many houses.  And if you do look at houses, don't bother the listing agent TOO much, and if you do bother the listing agent, TELL THEM that the buyer needs to sell first.  Now, read that sentence three more times.

This was kinda' fun.  Kendra Todd was lurking around backstage after speaking at a Lowe's sponsored event and I figured, what the hell, and set my camera and cornered her for a quick inteview.

So, coincidently enough, I happened to purchase David Bach's Automatic Millionaire Homeowner Edition, at the Vancouver airport before heading to Orlando.  Little did I know, he would be at NAR signing the book.  I was told by security NOT to film David....so I did anyways and he loved it.

This book is a must for any realtor who wants to get their clients excited by homeownership or for any homeowner who doesn't quite understand that their home is the biggest savings piggybank they will ever own, in ANY Market.

So, October's stats were terribly depressing.  Just remember, these numbers are compared to October of 2007 which, of course, was a record year so they are doubly depressing.
