I predict a MUCH busier May than anyone thought and multiple offers throughout the month.

It's always interesting when so many so called 'experts' are proven wrong and this is definitely the case with Vancouver real estate. There was supposed to be a massive flood of listings this spring, thereby bringing the values down substantially.

This, of course, has not happened. In fact, starting today, we begin to monitor....you guessed it....price INCREASES.

So, I planned to do some recent stats and then talk a little about a favourite story of mine in our book when my son got fidgety. I therefore had to invite him on the show....where his shyness proved a little bit of a 'challenge' shall we say.
