It's always interesting when so many so called 'experts' are proven wrong and this is definitely the case with Vancouver real estate.  There was supposed to be a massive flood of listings this spring, thereby bringing the values down substantially.

This, of course, has not happened.  In fact, starting today, we begin to monitor....you guessed it....price INCREASES.
