The owners of our new listing at 928 Richards, unit 1306 (The Savoy) have decided to stage the home for maximum profit and saleability.  I have done a 'before' blog with Jennifer Berkeley M.Sc. from Urban Presentations. 

This home is a 2 bed and den, 2 bath and shows very well already.  The tenants have been VERY kind to it and we suspect the stove has been used about 10 times in total.
