It was only 6 months ago that Harper and Co. were telling us we weren't even going to be affected by the recession.  Now, CMHC say's the sky is falling and they are saying BC will suffer for at least two years.  This is terrible forecasting and whoever is responsible for the crystal ball over at CMHC needs some industrial cleaner to clear off the cobwebs and be a little more responsible.
