One of the most controversial topics in real estate is 'Bulls VS Bears'.  These are the two opposing forces of real estate and other financial markets.  Bulls believe the market is going up and bears believe the market is going down.  Who is right?

Who cares!  Forget listening to realtors, mortgage brokers, on-line doomsday advisors etc... and make up your own mind after your own research.  ...

It was only 6 months ago that Harper and Co. were telling us we weren't even going to be affected by the recession.  Now, CMHC say's the sky is falling and they are saying BC will suffer for at least two years.  This is terrible forecasting and whoever is responsible for the crystal ball over at CMHC needs some industrial cleaner to clear off the cobwebs and be a little more responsible.

This video is dedicated to my father-in-law, Dr. Fred Moriarty.  We filmed this video in Mexico and returned to our condo, only to find out that he had had a heart attack in Calgary.  We flew to Calgary just in time and managed to see Fred before he passed away.
