Twas the Night......

Dear Friends and Clients,

‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the city

The markets were quieter, hence our little ditty.

The ‘For Sale’ signs were hung on the lawns with great care,

In hopes that ‘real’ buyers soon would be there.

 

Interest rates are still dropping and are really quite low,

For those buyers who decide to venture out in the snow.

The realtor in question is part of the baby boomer demograph and usually works with slightly 'older' clientele.
